Performance Plus MMS

Performance Plus was developed by Precision Industrial Controls as a solution for a common problem that our customers were facing. That problem was the lack of a central location to track and control maintenance functions.

Our research and development team consisted of seasoned maintenance technicians, senior managers, business professionals and computer programmers. Our goal was to develop a computerized maintenance management program that was Simple, Powerful and Affordable. The result was the creation of Performance Plus, our very own computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Performance Plus is a web-based CMMS that can be accessed anywhere there is an internet connection and a web browser. Our program is designed to streamline maintenance operations and help add to your organizations bottom line.

Preventative Maintenance

Programmable Logic Controls

A programmable logic controller (PLC), or programmable controller is a digital computer used for automation of industrial processes, such as control of machinery on factory assembly lines. Unlike general-purpose computers, the PLC is designed for multiple inputs and output arrangements, extended temperature ranges, immunity to electrical noise, and resistance to vibration and impact. Programs to control machine operation are typically stored in battery-backed or non-volatile memory. Upgrades to PLC's may be necessary from time to time. Electrical Control Panel Builds
